When I first contacted William on the evening of December 23rd, 2007, he told me that he could fix my ‘red-ringed’ Xbox 360 that same day, within a few hours in fact. Sure enough a few hours later that night he returned to me a fully functional Xbox and I was a happy gamer on Christmas. Since that day I have been a very loyal customer of William. As a gamer, I have lots of experience with game consoles failing, especially with Xbox. It can take months for Mircosoft to repair your Xbox, and if you a modder that is not even an option. There are also charlatans and supposed ‘repair experts’ that do not know what they are doing and offer no guarantees for the work that they do, with William this is not the case. He offered me a warranty for the repair work he does and he honors it; as I have had to bring in my Xbox bearing the dreaded ‘red ring of death’ several times because of hardware failures, and William has always repaired it free of charge as it fell under his warranty. Any problems with modding and repairs with my Xbox, I call him first, because I know I will get a straight answer and great service. I have recommended him to friends and family, and I highly recommend him to any potential customers, you will not be disappointed, he will treat you right.
I contacted William on May 28th 2010 about my 360′s drive not opening. He was able to fix it in under an hour without having to buy a new drive. Very courteous and professional. He is an expert and while I hope I never need his services again, I will definitely use him in the future.
I took my x-box to get fixed last year and William did a fast good quality job. After a year of heavy use my x-box broke again.. i was happy that i still had william’s number.. and he fixed it in one day.. This company offers Fast, Quality and very affordable work. Good job!!
No BS, Straight answers and very professional. I took my RROD Xbox in one saturday and left an hour later with a fully functional Xbox. I’ve recommended him to all my buddies and anyone with an Xbox or console. I will always go to William for all my future fixes and mods.

My Xbox 360 got the dreaded Red Ring of Death, and after looking at all different postings on Craig’s list, I gave William a call. He answered my phone call right away, and was very professional. I dropped off the Xbox and picked it up the next day, and everything was working fine again! After about 2 weeks, the RROD came back again, so I gave him a call (by the way, his repairs come with a 90 day warranty), dropped off the Xbox again, and picked it up a few days later. He told me that since it was due to overheating, he modded my fan as well to make it spin faster, which should fix the RROD for good. It’s been a few months and the Xbox works great! William is really good and fast, and he charges low prices. I definitely recommend him for any repair or mods!
My xbox 360 broke a while back so i decided to take it william and he repaired it with no problem. I was in and out within 1 hour tops and i came home used my system for 6 hours straight with no problems. I play at least 4- 5 hours daily since i got it back and no problemshave occured since. I recommend william to anyone with a broken xbox or ps3. Good quality work and great prices. Thanks again will.

I told all my friends this is the man for X- [] 360 REPAIRS he did a few for me and my friends and never had a problem after the repairs. good prices on repairs & same day service is what i needed and got,,……..-thanks -
Just got my Xbox 360 repaired by these guys and it took about an hour. I had the e74 error and they fixed it, and reballed it. They also did a fan mod for me while they were at it and now my Xbox stays cold the whole time, aside from the fan being louder I have no complaints and would recomment their work. I think I paid $70 for the repair, fan mod and an extra 6′ HDMI cord. Great frekkin deal if you ask me, especially considering that Microsoft would have charged my butt $100 to fix it w/ no fan mod or HDMI cable. Thanks guys.
Took my xbox360 here for repairs after it stopped reading discs. Repair was fast (45 minutes), extremely affordable and saved me a lot of time and money due to the fact I didn’t have to pay Microsoft 100$ and wait a month and a half for it to be shipped back. Has been working for a while now and even came with very generous warranty just in case. Highly recommend these guys and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you very much.
