2. What do you need me to bring to you?
A: Only the console (no cables, power, hard drive, controllers, etc.) Just bring the console.

4. Can I ship my console to you for repair?
A: Yes. Please use our Contact Us form to arrange repairs by mail, or call us at (909)598-1392. You will be shipping your system to us at 3431 Pomona Blvd. Suite-H, Pomona, CA 91768. We do want to know that you will be shipping your system to us before you ship it, so that we can know when to expect it. We use tracking and insure all repairs.
5. What causes the 3 red rings of death and how do you repair it?
A: Generally, this is an overheating problem with the video chip caused by a cold solder joint. We use ROHS compliant professional electronic repair equipment to solve this problem by reflowing the solder.
6. Do you do modding?
A: Yes, we have a variety of extra case fans and different colored case styles for you to choose from to customize and modify your system. We can also mod your existing fan to blow more air, thus keeping your system cooler and lasting longer.
7. Will modding my case void my Microsoft warranty?
A. The moment your case is opened, it automatically voids the Microsoft warranty. This is the same as any item you buy with a warranty seal that has been tampered with. However, you own the system and it is your decision to do what you would like with it, even if that means voiding Microsoft’s warranty by adding more case fans to your system or changing the look of your case by adding lights to it.
8. What are the chances of my system being successfully repaired?
A: As long as it has not been tampered with before taking it to us, the success rate is over 95%.
9. Will my system break down again after it’s repaired?
A: We offer a 90 day warranty and rarely see any returns during or after our warranty period. If the system will fail, it usually fails during the warranty period, which means we will repair your system at no charge. If it fails after the warranty period, we reserve the right to offer you a discounted replacement system or discounted repair rate.
