1. How long does the repair take?

A: Every problem has a different solution and repair time depends on the severity of the problem.  Once we diagnose your system, we can give a general estimate of repair time. Please use our Contact Us form to arrange an appointment, or call us at (909)598-1392.

2. Can you clean my virus?

A: Yes.  We have cleaned many systems of nasty viruses and have many satisfied customers

4. Can I ship my system to you for repair?

A: Yes.  Please use our Contact Us form to arrange repairs by mail, or call us at (909)598-1392. You will be shipping your system to us at 3431 Pomona Blvd. Suite-H, Pomona, CA 91768. We do want to know that you will be shipping your system to us before you ship it, so that we can know when to expect it. We use tracking and insure all repairs.

5. Can you backup my information?

A: Absolutely.  We know how important your data is and can back it up for you prior to doing any repairs.

6. Can you help me make my system look cool?

A: Yes, we have a variety of extra case fans and different colored case styles for you to choose from to customize your system.

7. I want to install more than one operating system on my computer.  Can you do that?

A: Yes

8. My computer is slow.  Can you speed it up?

A: Yes.  Bring it in and we’ll take a look at it.

9. I accidentally deleted or lost some important files.  Can you recover them for me?

A: Data recovery is possible.  We have successfully recovered many important pictures, documents and files for our customers.
